A Month of Media

I blame it on Soderbergh.

Apparently, every year the director posts a list of all the movies and books that he consumes in a year.  And, being a mass media guru, I cannot really resist that sort of challenge.  Plus, I like making weird little databases.  Not that I am a professional director, but let us not dwell on that.

Thus, I am attempting to keep track of every comic (single issue), trade paperback, novel, movie, television show, and play that I take in this year.  (There is still time to be nerdy if you want to join in the fun!)

A month in, it is already clear that I ingest a lot of media into my life.  Unlike Soderberg, I think I read or watch something every single day.  I am sure there is a moral or social commentary in there somewhere, but for now I will present month one.  When we return in December, it will be quite the sight.

About Cosand

He's a simple enough fellow. He likes movies, comics, radio shows from the 40's, and books. He likes to write and wishes his cat wouldn't shed on his laptop.
