Halfway there! You knew this couldn’t last. I don’t have the patience to do this job full time. The previous five days should be proof of that. Pt. 1, pt. 2, pt. 3, pt. 4, pt. 5.
Saturday, Day 6
10:40- Still haven’t seen any ants since earlier this week, but traps are down just in case. Bought ’em for the store, might as well use ’em for the store.
11:42- Have yet to do anything work related. Unless you count texting the boss one question.
11:43- I really should stop watching this Supergirl trailer so much. But, and I quote,
“I… I don’t want to.” -Supergirl
12:16- Another round of reorders. I really hope I’m not ordering twice as many as I want by forgetting that I already ordered a stack. Guess we’ll find out. C’mon, how bad could one little shipping error be?
12:32- Some customers offer forth their opinions meekly. Others proclaim them boldy and without prompting. (Shrug) To each their own. Free speech, amIright?
1:03- Stalking and obsessive behavior is a good plot for a comedy show? I can see a sketch, but whole season? I like musicals, but not that much.
2:07- Nope, I couldn’t tell ya how she figures out what you want ordered and what you don’t. Must be a very complex algorithm. Either that, or she’s had over a decade to practice. Me, I just guess.
3:03- Please, please, please don’t drop the remaining 20 oz of your 24 oz drink on the floor. Or on the comics. Please.
3:10- Ahh! I put a comic in the wrong box.
3:13- I think I found the right one.
3:14- Yeah, I’m over it.
“No, Lizzy, let me once in my life feel how much I have been to blame. I am not afraid of being overpowered by the impression. It will pass away soon enough.” -Pride and Prejudice
3:34- That customer’s baby smelled like baby. (Good? Bad? Interpret it as you wish.)
4:07- I keep getting “this close” to finished S.H.I.E.L.D. Silly customers. What do they think this is, the weekend or something?
4:58- Last S.H.I.E.L.D. (for now), done. Last FF (for now), done. Time to flee.
