This is what I want the U.S. to be.
Kind. Gentle. Not a bully.
Like Superman talking to the kids of Metropolis.
Like Jesus surrounded by the little children.
That you can have all the might and still refrain from hurting others.
Strong enough to be of peace.
Norman Rockwell understood this over a century ago.
